FAQ

Answers to the questions people ask most.

Do you offer climate-controlled storage?

No. The warehouse is ambient only, which means room temperature. We do not store cold or frozen products.

How is storage billed?

Monthly, on daily average occupancy: we average the space you use each day. Inventory held 180 days or more is billed at the long-term rate, which is 50% higher.

Is there a monthly minimum?

Yes. If your handling, fulfillment and storage charges come to less than $750 in a month, we bill $750. The account management fee ($150 a month) is billed on top.

Do you work with Amazon sellers?

Yes. We offer FBA prep (getting stock ready for Amazon’s warehouses) and FBM (we ship Amazon orders ourselves). If Amazon is 65% or more of your sales, you get a custom quote.

What is the same-day shipping cutoff?

DTC orders (online orders to your customers) that reach us by noon Eastern Time (ET) ship the same day.

What do FIFO, FEFO and lot tracking mean?

FIFO (first in, first out) ships your oldest stock first. FEFO (first expired, first out) ships the stock that expires soonest first. Lot tracking records the batch number on every box, so you can find it fast.

What is an ASN?

An advance ship notice: a list of what is coming, sent before your freight ships. A delivery without one, or with one sent too late, is a blind receipt, which costs more to receive.
